Liverpool Museum Stone Tiles & Architecture

We woke up on Saturday to find the sky cloudy and the rain falling by the bucket full, so off me and the kids went to Liverpool museum. The kids loved all the artifacts but for me I just loved the building, built from stone and posh marble tiles laid to all the floors, with granite entrance steps and a marble foyer consisting of solid marble stone pillars. There are mosaic tiles laid in between the marble tiles creating a classic tile border appearance. The stone tile skirting boards are detailed and matching the stone marble dado rails, tiled in between, this leaves a crisp and clean cut appearance. The hot chocolates and muffins went down a treat from the café too!
