What are your delivery charges?

This depends on where you live, what you are ordering and how much you spend. As a general rule if you spend over £250 with us you will receive a 50% discount on delivery costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (via WorldPay) also Paypal, and cheques.

How long will delivery take?

Again dependent on where you are and what you are ordering, for the mainland UK excluding highlands & islands we aim to deliver all orders within 48 hrs, we may be able to offer 24 hrs at no extra charge, in these circumstances we will call you to confirm you are able to accept the delivery.

How secure is shopping with you? Is my data protected?

We use SSL security certificates on our checkout to ensure your shopping transaction is safe and secure. Your privacy is important to us so your eMail address will not be given to any 3rd parties, nor will you receive spam emails from us.

What happens after I order from you?

You will receive an email from us to confirm we have received your order. For floor & wall tile orders we 1st confirm we can fulfill your order, if so we will send an eMail to confirm your order is being processed.
